Even though Ty had just had proof that Kira would indeed leave a limo at the slightly provocation, he couldn't help but laugh anyway. Nestled in the warm bubble of his closest friends, on their way to an even more outrageous party, and coming off of a successful prom, he felt happy. Like his skin alone wasn't enough to contain it, like he might just felt and meld with all the laughter in the air.

The only thing that was missing was the knowledge that he could lean in and kiss Kira properly, to give him a reason to stay, and usually that feeling was tamped down but tonight... Well Kira was here and Ty wasn't embarrassed about being attracted to him.

It didn't mean he wasn't glad for a distraction, grinning. "A lot of stupid stuff, probably. Holden was talking about helicopter rides and party packages, dunno what he finally settled on, but we'll see soon enough."
